About: The Nomad Aegis, one of the largest and most active adventuring RP FCs on Mateus, is once again opening our doors to open recruitment. If you're looking for vibrant players, dedicated leaders, active events with OOC and IC activities including roleplay, IC bar nights, and out-of-character gaming and streaming marathons, then come check us out!But adventure is not all you will find in the <NOMAD> company! We also run tavern nights, social events at member-owned bakeries, tea houses, ice cream parlors, and more! We run grand social events and parties to give back to the roleplayers of Mateus, and we are now started roleplay events focused on reconstruction, safety, healing, magic study, research, and more for the non-combat players still looking for things to do!Need more?The Nomad Aegis has the following:- Subs, airships, FC mansion in the Lavender Beds with constant gameplay buffs!

- All FC room fees, covered as a complimentary welcome gift! Numerous public rooms for members to use!History: The Nomad Aegis was founded by Lord Nolan Gray, heir to a small noble house in Ishgard. Believing the world too preoccupied with borders and politics to defend its people, the Aegis was formed to seek out threats to the world, to end them, and to save as many as they can. Needing coin to fund this endeavor, the Nomad Aegis works out of the Hearthwood Hall, a tavern and venue built into the Lavender Beds, using old tunnels and pathways from previous entrenchments to build a small, self-sufficient community in the back halls. The Nomad needs adventurers, staff, and more to better build themselves, that they may defend others. Many are the hands that carry the shield!Function and Activities: The primary goal is roleplay, but we wish to build a full, vibrant community, with activities and things to do, together. Some of which include, but are not limited to, follow; PvE groups; gil raising; social RP events; adventure RP events; member-focused event creation; discussion of movies, comics, TV, games; and game and movie streaming. Efforts will be in place to create weekly and bi-weekly events and interactions, or PvE driven nights, contests or gameplay. However, no one group is responsible for the individual; while we have lots to do, we are not able to feasibly cater to every person. You are asked to find your own activity; reach out to other members, offer to RP, discuss games or media. There are plenty of group activities, but management needs lives, too! The Nomad FC is aimed at being a gaming/roleplaying community, but most of all, a community. I take leadership seriously. And I am here for you. I can’t do everything, but I promise, I will do everything I can to make sure this place is as much your home as mine.**TL;DR of things we do: **
